These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tiklora.com and the viewer and downloader tools provided by TikLora ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the Service

TikLora provides free, web-based tools for exploring publicly available TikTok profile information - including follower counts, recent posts, and visible engagement metrics - and for downloading TikTok videos in HD without the watermark overlay. The service runs entirely in your browser; there is no app to install and no account to create.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using TikLora, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use TikTok in your country, whichever is higher). If you're under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use TikLora to access private, restricted, or non-public content on TikTok

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, usernames, and content displayed through TikLora belong to their respective owners. The "TikTok" name and logo are trademarks of TikTok Pte. Ltd. and ByteDance Ltd. TikLora is an independent tool and has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or sponsorship by either company.

The TikLora name, logo, site design, and original code are our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Public Information

TikLora only works with information that is publicly available through TikTok's own public profile API. We do not bypass privacy settings, do not access private accounts, and do not collect data that you could not see yourself by visiting the profile in an incognito browser window.

If a TikTok account holder sets their profile to private, TikLora can no longer display that profile's information - just as a logged-out visitor to TikTok cannot see it.

6. Third-Party Platforms

TikLora is an independent platform. We have no affiliation with, endorsement from, or official connection to TikTok, ByteDance, or any other third-party social media platform. The data we display comes from TikTok's public API and is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service. You remain responsible for complying with TikTok's terms when accessing content through TikLora.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TikLora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
• That results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• That content downloaded through TikLora will remain available or compatible with your devices

You use TikLora at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikLora and its operators shall not be liable for:
